MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our collection, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

The displaying of products and/or prices on this Site constitutes on invitation to treat only. No contract shall come into existence until we accept your order, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our absolute discretion. Any acceptance will be subject to these terms and conditions, to the entire exclusion of any others you may seek to impose. We reserve the right to change and/or withdraw any product displayed on this Site without notice at any time before your order is accepted. We have included this term to protect us in case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND COLOURS
Products displayed on this Site are available only whilst stocks last. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.

DELIVERY
Generally orders will be dispatched within 3-4 working days, however in the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you with a date of dispatch or suggest an alternative.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
When the order is placed at our Site, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryptions. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

SECURITY POLICY
Any order placed on this website is protected by secure technology. All details are encrypted before transmission. Furthermore kimhargreaves.co.uk do not store any credit card numbers and your card details will be destroyed once payment has taken place.

RETURNS POLICY
We will offer a refund or exchange on any undamaged kit/item, returned in their entirety, within 21 days of dispatch.

The date your kits/items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order.

If you return a kit/item that the Company agrees is faulty, we will include with your refund the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item, and the postage you paid when returning the item to us by registered post (this does not affect you statutory rights).

If you are returning a kit/item because it is unsuitable, we will only refund the cost of the returned kit/item, and you will be liable for the postage you paid when returning the item to us. Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the items.

Wrap your kit/item safely and securely to avoid damage in transit. Please note Kim Hargreaves is unable to accept any item for refund or exchange if it has been damaged in transit.

Send your package to: Kim Hargreaves, Intake Cottage, 26 Underbank Old Road, Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, England HD9 1EA. We recommend that you send it Recorded or Special delivery as Kim Hargreaves will be unable to refund or exchange items that have been lost in the post.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, orders or part of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

• Item(s) not available
• Difficulty in processing payment information
• Cannot ship to address provided
• A duplicate order was placed
• Cancelled due to customer request

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please e-mail us at customerservice@kimhargreaves.co.uk.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
In addition to allowing us to check your creditworthiness and process your orders, the personal data you submit, and our records of your visits to the Site, will be used to monitor and improve our service to you, and for marketing purposes.
